Screening and Selection
Our competent staff will guide your business through the selection process helping to ensure only the most capable, hard-working, dependable, and drug free candidates for your company. The WHRDG professional staff will conduct the pre-employment process, making certain of federal compliance from the application process and the interview to the conditional offer of employment and forms completion. WHRDG Staff will also ensure proper protocols for verification, documentation, employee reporting, and file creation.

Breath Alcohol Testing
State of the art equipment is used to measure the level of alcohol in the bloodstream of present or potential employees.  Statistically the number of accidents in the workplace could be drastically reduced if fewer employees were under the influence of alcohol while performing on the job.

Background Investigation
In today’s job market, an employer can never be too secure. In addition, Immigration Bills mandate all job applicants be verified by Homeland Security. That’s why we offer background investigation services to our clients. Our company can verify references, job history, credit history, educational credentials, criminal history and other legally obtainable information. 

Drug Screening
For drug screening, candidates can come to our local facility to participate in the drug screen process, or a staff member can conduct the screen on site. A competent qualified staff member will administer this simple specimen extraction. Employers can protect themselves form the expense of workplace injuries, company vehicle accidents and possible litigation by enforcing random drug screens.

Occupational Assessments
Profiles is a full service, occupational assessment product that incorporates the total person concept into cognitive evaluation. There are four areas that have a major impact on the success and productivity of your employees.

  • First is selection; hiring the right people for the right job. This is the purpose of the Profiles Step One Survey, which measures qualities such as integrity, reliability, and work ethic. 
  • The second area is managing and coaching. Understanding the behavioral styles of each employee is critical. Functional Capacity Evaluation
WorkSTEPS is a pre-offer/post-offer functional employment, functional capacity testing program that provides the employer with reliable information that can protect them from possible injury fraud, indemnity costs, rehabilitation costs, lost productivity time, and workplace injury costs. 

Medical Screening
An onsite health professional will assess the overall general health of the employee, and determine capability for assignment.
